The Paramount Bristol office is always a vibrant workspace; and it really has been a hive of activity over recent weeks.
Together with CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton, and on behalf of Credit Suisse, last week we welcomed many of our industry colleagues from across the South West business community to our Welsh Back base for a networking event to pre-launch the exciting new project at 3 Rivergate.
The £11M refurbishment scheme will offer 75,000 sq ft. of contemporary office space in Bristol. It’ll be an accredited example of sustainable design, focused on wellbeing. Â
At the event, our guests were emersed into a virtual experience of 3 Rivergate, featuring CGI animations of the revitalised building alongside aspirational CAT B design concepts that would appeal to modern-day occupiers, whilst demonstrating flexibility of the newly renovated floorplate.
3 Rivergate is due to complete Q3 2024. We look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.
Prior to this event, and with the project team together at Dock House, we hosted a South West Business Insider roundtable discussion, chaired by magazine editor Chris Ward, which focused on key trends in the commercial property sector and sustainable workspaces prioritising health and wellness.
We are grateful for the contributions from Charlotte Acreman, Senior Director and Head of Project Management Bristol, CBRE; Richard Kidd, Senior Director, CBRE; Peter Musgrove, Director and Head of Office Bristol, Lambert Smith Hampton; Jamie Furse, Director and Architect, AWW, and Martyn Evans, Consulting Director, Equisoft. They were joined on the roundtable discussion by Paramount Sales Director Kevin Mashford and Paramount Commercial Workplace Lead Carly Willis.
There were lots of fascinating insights, which will form the basis of an in-depth feature in the magazine at the end of the month. Keep your eyes peeled…
This week also marks one year since we officially opened the doors to Paramount at Dock House. A place where we wanted to create a community, taking design inspiration from ‘neighbourhoods’ and becoming a shining example of creating places where people want to be.
Twelve months on, and as a few of our team head to London for the British Council for Offices (BCO) national awards ceremony, with our Dock House base shortlisted, we look forward to celebrating all we’ve achieved so far following our launch into the South West, and beyond. Congratulations to all the finalists!
