A very warm welcome to new Paramount recruit Beth who will be based in our Bristol Office when it opens later this year.
Hello Beth. What do you do at Paramount?
I am Lead Designer for Bristol. I design and oversee the creative process and design proposals of our projects located in Bristol and the South-West.
What did you do before you joined?
I worked for a large architectural practice designing and delivering interior design projects across the UK within the living and hotel sectors.
What’s been the highlight of your career to date?
Having the opportunity to guide and mentor many young interior designers during early years of their careers, seeing them grow into young professionals capable of leading and delivering brilliant projects. Knowing that I’ve played a small part in helping them on their career journey makes me very proud.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
I’m currently learning floristry so can often be found rummaging through foliage armed with a pair of snips. I also have an allotment which somehow manages to produce some vegetables despite a chronic lack of weeding. This year, I have acquired a greenhouse, so I’m looking forward to what stays alive in there too!
