Another exciting Paramount office design and fit-out project is on the way.
We are very happy to announce that the Pobl Group has appointed us to deliver a more efficient and cost-effective workplace design for their new office in Swansea.
Pobl is a group of companies that provide housing, care and support services to people living in Wales and the south west of England, employing 2,700 people.
The project includes a CAT A refurbishment and CAT B fit out that will see them move into their new offices in early Autumn.
A dynamic new office design
The Pobl project team has been tasked with moving from their current office in the city centre, which no longer meets the needs of their staff.
They’ve asked us to deliver a dynamic design for their refurbished space at Epona House on Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park.
After receiving positive feedback from our initial concept designs, we’re now working with Pobl to develop the initial concepts into a fully-realised work environment.
Agile working in a vibrant environment
Commenting on the reason for selecting us for the project, Andrew Ford, Commercial Project Manager at Pobl Group said;

We’ll be collaborating closely with the team at Pobl to bring their vision to life and transform their 20,000-square-foot premises into a bright and open plan space that reflects their vibrant brand.
