Many congratulations are in order this month, as we celebrate our talented teams across the company, shining a spotlight on career milestones for Paul Doherty, Sulli Gardner and Nathan Price who have all been recognised with key promotions at Paramount.
Paul Doherty
Congratulations to Paul who’s been promoted to Regional Manager, having spent the past six years as Business Development Manager at Paramount. Paul’s dedication has significantly expanded our reach, highlighting our expertise in fit out solutions across a wide range of industries, including hospitality, for Gareth Bale’s destination venue Par 59 in Cardiff and Bristol.
Passionate about building relationships, and with many high-profile projects under his belt, Paul will continue to champion client requirements and work closely with our design and projects teams.
Did you know? Paul is our resident pro-golfer, having previously lived in Dubai for two years from where he travelled the world competing in prestigious golfing competitions including the Dubai Desert Classic.
Sulli Gardner
Big congratulations to Sulli, who joins Paul as Regional Manager, and who’s based at our award-winning Bristol workspace Dock House. Since joining in 2019 as Business Development Manager, Sulli has been a steadfast advocate for our clients, educating and guiding them through incredible workplace transformations.
A natural networker and event organiser, his efforts will continue to play a pivotal role in promoting our difference amongst the South West business community.
Did you know? Sulli is part of Paramount’s ESG Group and is passionate about providing opportunities for young people through education and sport. Sulli was recently recognised as an Ambassador for Bristol Bears Community Foundation for his ongoing commitment and contributions to the charity.
Nathan Price
Last but certainly not least, congratulations to Nathan Price, who you’ll find at our Bristol base, on his recent promotion to Design Manager. Recognising his outstanding talent, Nathan has earned a well-deserved promotion from Senior Designer, where he continues to thrive and contribute his expertise to our team.
Nathan began his journey with us just over two years ago, and following the launch of Paramount in the South West, he has consistently gone above and beyond to contribute to our success. His dedication extends not only to our clients but also to fostering an environment where our team can showcase and develop their talents.
We’ve also recently welcomed Senior Quantity Surveyor Ian Butterworth to our Commercial team headed up by Dimitri Tsakiris, and Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) Apprentice Jamie Parry who will be mentored by Adele John our HS&E Manager.
