The design and fit out scheme for Equisoft at No1 Bath Quays has been shortlisted in this year’s South West Property Awards.

In the heart of historic Bath’s flagship regeneration project, Paramount was appointed to deliver an inspirational workspace for leading local financial services consultancy and software provider, Equisoft.

Transforming the 9,445 sq. ft workspace on the top floor of the five-storey, energy-efficient office building, Equisoft made staff well-being a priority.

The new workspace, which includes a terrace offering stunning views of the city, boasts ergonomically designed ‘standing’ desks, a large communal kitchen, and a range of collaborative spaces, such as booths, awnings, and touchdown tables to suit hybrid work. The space also has its own dedicated Health and Well-being ‘relaxation’ room for people to take themselves away from their desk and have some breathing space and/or meditate. Speaking about the nomination, Sales Director Kevin Mashford, who heads up Paramount’s Bristol office at the award-winning Dock House, said:

“Our objective for the Equisoft office was to create an uplifting workplace that’s both a showcase to clients and a joy for staff. It’s wonderful to see this project being recognised against tough competition in this year’s category at the regional property awards”.

This month also sees Dock House, Bristol shortlisted in the 2023 Building Awards in the Small Project of the Year (up to £5M) category, recognising the refurbishment of the building in partnership with architect and designer AWW and developer V7. The ceremony, which will be held in London in November, will announce the winners.

The ceremony for the South West Property Awards with Insider Media takes place at The Marriott Hotel, Bristol on the 12th October.
