The scope included works to the outside of the building, including top floor roof terrace, front and back entrances, building cladding, and landscaping.
Inside the building, we were responsible for delivering a CAT A+ design and fit out to part of the ground floor.
As you enter 200 Berkshire Place, the striking full height atrium floods the welcome space with natural light. Featuring a new coffee shop, with informal breakout space and plenty of hot desking, this area has been transformed into an inspiring space for occupiers to work, meet and greet, and collaborate with colleagues.
Part of the ground floor, totalling 4,000 sq ft, has been fully fitted with agile workspace, ready for immediate tenant occupation, and benefits from open plan desking, 5, 6, and 8 person meeting rooms as well as two break out areas with kitchen.
The new communal roof terrace to the third floor provides a spot of luxury to relax and recharge, with stunning panoramic views.
During the scope of works the building was in live occupation, and particular attention was needed for any noise pollution, which was coordinated and kept to a minimum to avoid disruption to existing building tenants.
The goal was to rejuvenate the building and create high quality grade A offices, and this stunning refurbishment has successfully achieved just that at 200 Berkshire Place.
