We’re delighted to announce that Paramount has been named as one of Wales’s fastest growing firms in the 2022 Fast Growth 50 list.
Alongside this, we’ve also been shortlisted for the fastest growing business to business services firm in Wales and the fastest growing firm in Cardiff at the annual awards.
Led by Richard Jones, and following a management buyout in 2018, Paramount’s growth has accelerated. Pre-MBO, annual turnover was £10m-16m but over the last two years, despite the affects of the gruelling COVID-19 pandemic on working environments nationwide, turnover exceeded £20m and is forecast to reach a whopping £50m in 2022-23.

“It’s an honour to be recognised in a list that highlights incredible Welsh success and entrepreneurship. The very ethos of our business is to create places where people want to be, and to have immense growth during a time when offices closed and working from home became the norm, is testament to our team tenacity and commitment.
“As we look ahead, we have some big projects on the horizon, having recently secured our first large-scale residential build project, creating much needed social housing within the coastal town of Porthcawl. We have ambitious plans to further this arm of our business for 2023 and beyond.”
Paramount’s consolidated annual revenue growth from 2019-2021 was 181%.
