We are pleased to announce that our recent fit out project has been recognised and shortlisted within the finals of the South West Property Awards.
The finalist is personal investment management company Rowan Dartington located at Bristol’s Grade A office space at Temple Point.
As businesses seek to grow whilst attracting and retaining the best staff, workplace design and environment is becoming ever more important. The fit out award category seeks to highlight the importance of building refurbishments or fit out and interior design in putting the region’s property industry ahead of its competitors.
We have rapidly grown our profile within the South West market, having successfully completed a number of high-profile schemes including Temple Point, Tower Wharf and ITV West Country. We now have several upcoming projects in the pipeline for the South West and so it’s a great achievement for our recent work to be recognised for an award within the region.

The 19,700 sqft fit out project included a full detailed design with future working in mind. Through a series of consultations, workshops and weekly site tours, the client adopted an agile working model, where the large open space was transformed into a dynamic environment that would cater to the company’s culture as well as the personalities of its team.
The South West Property Awards, organised by Insider Media, celebrate the achievements of the property and construction sector in the year to March 2020. The awards evening takes place at Ashton Gate Stadium next year.
