We are thrilled to announce that we have been appointed as main contractor for the refurbishment of dated office building South Plaza, Bristol.

Recently rebranded 360 Bristol, the eight storey building will be transformed into a fully serviced Grade A complex with stylish new offices, yoga studio, café, bicycle facilities and business lounge.

Located on Marlborough Street next to the Bearpit in Bristol city centre, the building was bought by real estate company Melburg Capital and investment management company Angelo Gordon in 2019.

The £5.4M refurbishment includes works to the external facade, reception and all remaining accommodation to create a workspace that appeals to modern occupiers.

Despite the recent effects of the pandemic, the demand for office space in Bristol city centre continues to grow and we are pleased to be selected on this major scheme that will provide occupiers with well-positioned, high quality office space in the heart of the city.

The building has been designed by Architects Stride Treglown, with Paragon Building Consultancy as Project Manager.

Works at 360 Bristol are progressing well on this complex and interesting project. The design will create an exciting and eye catching building in a key location in Bristol. We are proud to be involved in such a project and we look forward to seeing the final outcome.
