We’re delighted that our fit out project for Conexus has been shortlisted in the Wales Property Awards 2023, marking our second consecutive nomination in the Fit out of the Year category, following our win in 2021.
Taking almost 6,000 sq. ft of space, Conexus’ brand-new HQ can be found at Anchor Court in Cardiff.
With a futuristic, monochrome design, the new space is inspirational, encapsulates the brand, and facilitates the company’s dynamic growth plans.
Speaking about the nomination, Chief Executive Officer at Conexus, Dale Williams said:
“The new work environment has been fantastic for Conexus. As a start-up business, being able to provide our rapidly growing teams with a dedicated workspace that encourages innovative thinking has meant the teams have been able to be incredibly collaborative.
Paramount’s design has brought our teams closer together and given our start-up business an incredibly exciting HQ that is truly representative of our tech-based future thinking recruitment business.
We’re really pleased that our success has enabled us to invest in this state-of-the-art workplace that allows our people to do what they do best – we were ready to take the Conexus office to the next level and Paramount executed our vision. Our new HQ matches our future business plans perfectly and continues to help us become one of the largest employers in Wales in the recruitment industry.”
This year marks Paramount’s sixth year of project nominations within the Wales Property Awards, including a win in 2020 for the refurbishment of the iconic Hodge House building and again in 2021 for the CAT A transformative works at Fusion Point One, Cardiff.
Chief Executive Officer, Richard Jones commented:
“We are delighted to have worked on several prestigious projects in Wales over the last twelve months and to be able to see those new spaces now complete and transforming the way people work is really rewarding.
This nomination is a great reflection of the continuous hard work our team put in to deliver tremendous results for our clients and we look forward to celebrating all that’s been achieved within the built environment at the ceremony next month.”
