We are delighted to announce that Paramount has been successful in reaching the finals of the Wales Property Awards for three categories:
- Development of the Year – Hodge House, Cardiff
- Workplace Design of the Year – Hodge House, Cardiff
- Workplace Design of the Year – Grant Thornton, Cardiff
Being shortlisted in three prestigious categories for projects our team have worked very hard on alongside Stride Treglown, Legal & General, JLL, Currie & Brown and Hoare Lea, is something we’re very proud of. This a fantastic achievement, and despite the current situation we find ourselves in, we look forward to celebrating the triumphs of a very successful year for the company.

The Workplace Design category is looking for the most impressive refurbishment or fit-out of a workplace interior.
For the project at Grant Thornton, employee well-being was at the heart of the design. At its new offices in Callaghan Square, the company wanted its workplace to reflect a dynamic working style that would foster an agile working environment. Click here to see the finished results.
The objective of the 110,000 sq.ft project at Grade II listed Hodge House was to secure the future vitality of the landmark building. The £9M refurbishment now reveals the building’s rich and varied history, whilst providing occupiers with contemporary office space and facilities.
The Wales Property Awards are organised by Insider and celebrate the achievements of the property and construction sector in the year to March 2020.
We look forward to the awards evening at Cardiff City Hall on 2nd December 2020.
Good luck to all the finalists!
