Among the finest design and build projects completed across Wales this year, we are thrilled to announce that our project for Conexus scooped gold at the Wales Property Awards for Fit out / Refurbishment of the Year.
This marks Paramount’s third win in four years at the Wales Property Awards, securing Fit out / Refurbishment of the Year in 2020 for the transformation of Hodge House, and again in 2021 for the CAT A works at Fusion Point One.
Taking almost 6,000 sq. ft of space, Conexus’ brand-new HQ can be found at Anchor Court in Cardiff. With a futuristic, monochrome design, the new space is inspirational, encapsulates the brand, and facilitates the company’s dynamic growth plans.
The judges commented on the multi-use area that encourages people to meet, socialise and focus without distracting the main working environment.
Richard Jones, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
“Not only is this a fantastic result for our brilliant client, but the acknowledgment is also a great reflection of the continuous hard work our teams put in to design and deliver extraordinary solutions for our client’s time and time again.
To be able to see our creative designs, fit to an exceptional standard, and transforming the way our clients, like Conexus, work is truly rewarding.”
It’s already been a busy award season this year; with Paramount’s Bristol HQ Dock House winning a regional British Council for Offices (BCO) award last month, putting the project through to the ‘best of the best’ National awards held later this year in London. Read all about the achievement here.
The Wales Property Awards from Insider Media celebrate the achievements of property and construction companies, deals, developments, advisory firms and individuals across Wales. The award shortlists were chosen by a panel of independent judges.
