The details

Duration

10 weeks

Value

£257,000

Area

2,700 sqft

The Brief

Together with the works we delivered for Box Twenty at floor six, we were also commissioned for delivering a fully fitted CAT A+ suite to part of the fourth floor at Bristol’s Beacon Tower. The landlord was looking for a turnkey solution to upgrade the property with the goal of attracting modern-day occupiers to the city-centre building.

The Solution

Securing the lease for this area was McGregor Coxall, a global firm and multi-disciplinary design team looking to move into a fresh new space quickly.

To deliver maximum efficiency for the client, our teams collaborated on this project with the landlord and property agent Savills to design and deliver a CAT A+ scheme encompassing the workspace aspirations of McGregor Coxall.

Featuring an open office area, meeting rooms, tea point, welcome lounge and large boardroom, this cooperative blended approach saved both the landlord and client time and money.

A neutral, minimalistic design was crafted to include oak effect feature walls and sectional and adaptable furniture to organise the open plan environment effectively with a variety of work areas.

A premium ‘plug and play’ workspace solution has been achieved within budget for the landlord and tenant.

What the
client had
to say

“Throughout the design and build process, the Paramount team were incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided the right level of advice, while allowing us to make our mark on the space. As a result, we have an office that reflects our brand and offers a desirable place to work for our staff.”
