The Brief
The Solution
Digital Transformation recruiters, Conexus are a business at the top of their game.
Whilst only established in 2019, it already has a global client base. Following an incredibly successful 2021, which saw the business grow its head count by 500%, maintain 100% retention and open an office in Barcelona, Conexus wanted to create a brand-new HQ on the second floor of Anchor Court.
Conexus wanted a space that reflected their brand and provided staff with an innovative and inspiring new workspace, with the users’ wellbeing and needs at the heart of the scheme.
The company’s brand, culture and values were also amongst the key drivers behind the design, combining to establish a futuristic, monochrome and technology-focused space.
The intention of our design was to give staff enough places to meet, socialise and focus without distracting the main working area. The result is an environment that caters for a variety of work settings, accommodating open plan working, meeting, training, and focus spaces.
It includes the following:
- Holding Area (Meet & Greet Reception)
- Focus/Library Space
- Open Plan Office for 50-60 staff (1600×800 desk size)
- Quiet Working Area/s (4-6 Persons)
- Boardroom (10 Person Fixed Space)
- Training Suite (8-10 Persons reconfigurable)
- Small Server Area
- Kitchen / Social Breakout Space
- Townhall (Multifunction space for events, presentations)
