The Brief

We were appointed for the CAT A+ fit out of two floors at Beacon Tower: floor four and floor six. Occupying part of the sixth floor is Box Twenty, a team of award-winning consulting engineers, who were looking for a more effective, modern working environment to suit the needs of their expanding business.

The Solution

To deliver maximum efficiency for the client, our teams collaborated on this project with the landlord EVI UK Investment 4 S.A.R.L and property agent Savills, to design and deliver a CAT A+ scheme encompassing the workspace aspirations of Box Twenty.

This cooperative, blended approach saved both the landlord and client time and money.

We coordinated a CAT A programme together with the design concept from Studio Fika, which included a neutral aesthetic punctuated by contemporary accent tones from Box Twenty’s brand colour palette.

Located centrally, in the heart of Bristol, it’s now a perfect place to call home.
