Which is why our people don’t just work for Paramount, they own it. In 2021 we introduced an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) scheme which enabled our employees to become majority shareholders, collectively owning 51% of the business.
Which means our amazing, multi-disciplinary team is now even more motivated and empowered to do the right thing for our customers. And their contribution is better recognised than ever before.
