The Solution
JMC Legal Recruitment is a refreshingly friendly and vibrant recruitment agency, who had outgrown its previous workspace in the heart of Bristol city centre.
Their vision for their new home was clear – it needed to be multi-purpose, to include a bar where feature lighting would depict the mood of the environment and it needed to provide better facilities than any other workplace so it could attract the best talent in the industry.
The overall design is a blend of classic and contemporary. On entering, visitors are greeted by the bespoke sculpted bar with disco lights, as well as the neon brand logo which brings the whole area to life for JMC to host clients and for teams to come together to enjoy after work socials and celebrations.
The open office space, with JMC’s brand colours complimented with calming neutral tones, is inviting and fully capable of supporting collaborative work. Whilst a variety of different zones have been built to cater for private meetings to open meeting booths and soft seating break out areas.
By providing JMC with the space they need to work effectively, the new design has increased productivity and will help support future growth.
