The Brief

Upgrade and modernise this prominent building in Cardiff’s City Centre Enterprise zone to boost its appeal to the letting market.

The Solution

Paramount was engaged to deliver a CAT A refurbishment which would inject new life into the building. This included repairs to the fabric, in order to provide a modern industrial look that would appeal to modern-day occupiers. The industrial design features concrete textures and exposed ceilings throughout.Within the upgraded reception space, contemporary feature lighting suspends above the soft seating areas creating a welcoming and charming entrance space. Whilst the monochrome colour scheme is complemented with a statement mustard shade shown on the upholstery of the seating.
